REFUND POLICY
We believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of receiving contract terms and conditions or an order. However, the cancellation request will entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants through phone directly (Toll Free) or an Email request.No cancellations are entertained for those services that the marketing team has obtained as special offers or under discount scheme. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.We does not accept cancellation requests for used and installed services. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of service delivered is not good or not satisfactorily.

In case you feel that the service delivered is not upto the mark or not upto your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Technical customer service within 7 days of receiving the product or service. The Technical Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you buy our services, your purchase is covered by our 07-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We develop, maintain and sell software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none.That is why we can afford to back our products with this special guarantee.

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details or customer ID within Seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your unique customer number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided complete support service or issue resolved. Refunds are being processed within 45 days period.

AGREEMENT-BASIC
In connection with our Service, we may provide to you, the use of certain software which is owned by Jerseyitech Inc. or its third party licensors, and suppliers. We as well as the third party licensors reserve the right to update or change the Software from time to time and you agree to cooperate in performing such steps as may be necessary to install any updates or upgrades to the Software. You may use the Software only as part of, or for use with, the Service in accordance with the Service Plan and for no other purpose. The Software may be accompanied by Printer Techies or a third party. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of that license agreement and by this Agreement.

LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY
We disclaims all warranties express or implied as to the services, the materials and the software whether in the nature of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise. in the event that you are not satisfied with the services, your sole remedy is to

  1. allow Jerseyitech Inc. to re perform the services subject to dispute,
  2. re-download and re-install the software. some of the service plans come with a 7- day limited service warranty as provided in online documentation for those specific plans. this 7- day limited service warranty is subject to fulfillment of the terms for the specific service plan which is in addition to the terms and conditions in this document and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the services, materials or the software for any purpose whatsoever. all materials and software are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind whatsoever. Printer Techies and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including all warranties and conditions of merchant-ability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. the materials could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. changes are periodically added to the information herein. . and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the materials and/or the software described herein at any time. in no event shall Jerseyitech and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of services, materials or software, failure to provide the same, or information available in the materials.
